The body of the pouch is made of soft leather and closes with a horn toggle and string clasp. Available in brown and tan & black. Vegvisir (Icelandic: Vegvísir, “That Which Shows the Way”) - The vegvisir is an Icelandic stave, which is thought to guide the bearer through rough seas. Each tip is carefully selected, sanded and polished by hand before being suspended from a high quality leather thong necklace. The length of the drop is adjustable by two slip knots. Whether for everyday, or an addition to your Viking outfit, these Horn Pendants are the perfect accessory for anyone interested in Nordic Mythology and the Viking Age. These Pendants are made to order from natural materials, so may differ slightly from the product pictures. Please store out of Sunlight and Avoid getting Wet . Horn Pendant

Beard / Hair Bead Handmade beard and hair beads that have been etched with an Elder / Younger Futhark runic band. We use both the Elder and Younger Futhark runes. The Elder Futhark is the oldest form of the runic alphabets and was used by the northern Germanic tribes during their migration period north, right up until 800 CE. During the late 9th century, the Elder Futhark was simplified by the Scandinavians to create the Younger Futhark and cut from 24 runes to just 16. We offer two lengths of beads, 15mm and 25mm, and our beard and hair beads range between 6mm - 12mm in diameter. If you would like larger, order the 12mm and leave the exact size in the order notes. Handmade Material: Copper Diameter: 6mm - 12mm. Length: 15mm or 25mm. Sold individually not in pairs . All our jewellery is handmade in the U.K using the highest quality material available. AMC is a charity close to our hearts. It is a men's suicide prevention charity offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom. They personally helped Horns of Odin founder Daniel through his own struggles. The Hammer We have worked closely with artist The Saxon Storyteller to design this stunning hammer exclusive to Horns of Odin. Thor is at the top of the Mjolnir, offering his strength and protection over the wearer. Below are interlocking snakes that represent the Midgard serpent, Jormungandr. Throughout Norse Mythology, Thor is locked in an eternal battle with Jormungandr, whether in the form of "fishing for the Midgard Serpent", lifting Jormungandr from the ocean thanks to Utgardr-Loki's trickery or their final battle at Ragnarok. This eternal battle is a familiar feeling to so many. The never-ending struggle. This Mjolnir represents that fight and, more importantly, finding the continued strength to fight each and every day, to understand that you ARE enough. Bearded Axe Head Pendant This beautiful Bearded axe head pendant has been hand forged and shaped based on the iconic Viking Age Skeggox. All pendants will come on a black leather thong. Width - 3.7 cm (1.4") Length - 4.1 cm (1.6") Material - Forged Carbon Steel Based on a Viking Age Skeggox Includes leather thong. WHAT IS A SKEGGOX? The word Skeggox in Old Norse means Skegg for beard and øx for axe, so its easy to see why this type of has become well know as a "Bearded Axe". Although this type of axe is now synonymous with the Viking Age, earliest record date back to the 6th century. The bearded design of the axe head allows for a longer cutting blade, whilst also keeping the overall weight down. This design also allows the user to grab behind the blade when planing or shaving wood, giving greater control. The bearded axe was primarily a woodworking too for hewing planks, and was a key tool for boat building When used in battle, the bearded portion of the Skeggox could be used to drag shields and weapons down to leave an opening for attack, or even to completely disarm the enemy.
