My name is Mikel Ammons. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Virtual Coach. I started my fitness business because I enjoy the benefits of exercising, both now and in the long run. Since we’re not getting younger, fitness should be an essential lifestyle. I want to be alive and healthy as long as possible; most importantly, none of that matters if I don’t put God first. I came up with the name Breaking Strongholds Mobile Fitness as fitness is something we can all relate to. Moreover, we all have things that hold us back or prevent us from doing things, and in relation to health and fitness, we have to break that hold. We need to break that hold that is keeping us from being the best version of ourselves. So that’s where I come in to help. I will come to wherever you are and help you become the BEST version of you. In full transparency, it's a struggle for me too! So you are not alone; we're in this TOGETHER. So let’s get to work and break these strongholds TOGETHER! God bless.
