The curriculum has been specifically designed for adolescents in the age group of 12-14 years, understanding the neuroscience and psychology of how adolescent brain learns.

The Youth Advisory Group (YAG) is an extension to the Governing Board Members at UNESCO MGIEP. A group of six, the YAG will play a pivotal role in providing non-biased feedback and suggestions for youth projects at the Institute. As an integral to the Governing Board Meetings (GBM), YAG is designed to provide direct, impartial input on youth projects—ensuring that the perspectives of young people are heard authentically and the recommendations are incorporated in the programmes cycle.
