How do I reset my password?

If you’re in-office:
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del → Change a password.

If remote:
Call NTIVA at 703-891-0131 and request a password reset. Then, connect to VPN with the new password. Lastly Press Ctrl + Alt + Del → Change a password.

My internet is slow / I’m disconnected. What should I do?

Try rebooting your router and computer. If that doesn't help, contact NTIVA or text Jas if it's affecting work productivity.

I’m new — how do I access my email and tools?

Accepted Answer

You should have received your login info and temporary password. Check your onboarding email from Jas or text 703-674-7946 if you need it again.

How do I report phishing or suspicious emails?

Forward them to phishing@ndia.org or click "Report Message" in Outlook. Always better to double-check — we love a cautious user!

I need access to a shared folder, distribution list, or tool.

Submit a ticket through NTIVA, or reach out to Jasmine Baker if you’re unsure. Make sure your manager is aware or CC’d.

How far in advance should I request support for an event or meeting?

Please submit event/AV support at least 3–5 business days in advance to ensure coverage.

Can I install software or apps on my work device?

Accepted Answer

Only with approval. Submit a request through NTIVA. Unauthorized installs can create security risks.
