Inner Light is a community interest company dedicated to healing and resilience. We provide yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing practices that are trauma-informed, SEN-friendly, and accessible to all. Our work is associated with local authorities, NHS and we're expanding into after school clubs and Corporate Offerings. If you're interested in any of the above, feel free to get in touch.

Do I need yoga experience to join?

Not at all. Our sessions are gentle, inclusive, and designed for complete beginners through to regular practitioners.

Every class is trauma-informed and built for real life. We focus on stress release, resilience, and creating a safe, healing space — not just physical fitness.

How can I support Inner Light’s mission?

You can join our retreats and classes, book 1:1 sessions, or make a donation. Every contribution helps us bring wellbeing to frontline workers, students and families, especially to children with additional needs.

Where do sessions take place?

We offer a mix of local in-person sessions in North West London and online classes you can join from anywhere. Community Retreats are announced monthly.

Many community classes are free through local partnerships. 1:1 sessions and retreats have a set fee to support our sustainability.
