Cléa has an outstanding combination of expertise and people skills. She helped us through a difficult sale that undoubtedly would have fallen through (for unforeseeable reasons) without her determination and, at the same time, helped us find our dream home, making sure we avoided lots of pitfalls through the search that we certainly wouldn't have noticed! My experience selling my home through Clea was nothing short of top class. From our first meeting and viewing of the house she immediately showed me she understood the property and its key features. Her passion and professionalism won me over and, in hindsight, awarding her the listing was one of my better life decisions. Her assessment of the value came with a clear and concise breakdown of her reasoning, and her sales strategy seemed creative and effective. It was not long before I was getting viewings followed soon after by offers that almost exactly matched what she had predicted. After accepting an offer her continued commitment and dedication to me during the selling process was exceptional. She was always available to respond to my queries and kept me fully up to date with all the progress (at times seeming to know more about the process than the buyers solicitor!). I have since recommended her to a close friend who so far has been equally impressed. I will be totally honest in saying that her commission rate at first made me a little hesitant but all I can say is you really do get what you pay for. Couldn’t recommend Clea enough if you are considering selling a property.
