For Goat Sake was an idea in my head about 11 years ago. Marlow was sick and as he laid in my lap, recovering after surgery, I looked down at him and felt this urge to do more. To help those that need help. To fight for those that need to be fought for. The ones that need a second chance. The ones that need a sanctuary.

As we look to the future of FGS, we want to continue helping more animals in need. We want to create a sanctuary for ALL. Where people and animals can come to heal. Because that is how we heal the world, by connecting and helping each other.

A Stable Future for FGS is a fundraiser that will help us create the sanctuary that I dreamed about 11 years ago. It's a big goal, especially for a small sanctuary like us, but I think we can do it.

Your donation for A Stable Future will go towards:

A large barn (90%)
- Provides space so we can help more animals (more than goats!)
- Will provide storage space for food and supplies for all residents.
- Provide a permanent structure for goats that spend the day in the field.
- Will provide a sick/injured stall for animals in need of it.
- Provides space for future volunteers to feel welcome.
- Will provide space for things like hoof trims during all kinds of weather.

A rainy day fund (10%)
- Unexpected expenses are part of running a sanctuary and caring for animals. Our goal is to always have money set aside for times like this.
