Bug description

When attempting to replace an inline image in a Bard field, clicking "Replace" and uploading a new image results in two assets being selected: the previously used image and the newly uploaded one.

How to reproduce

1. Create or edit an entry with a Bard field
2. Insert an inline image/asset
3. Choose "Replace" and drag a new image
4. Notice that both the old and the new image are selected
5. Confirm the action - the old image is still shown in the editor
