When doing #39441, some of us didn't like the horizontal space taken by the readmore icon. It also creates inconsistency in layout.

• Resize suggest box. feature-request: possibility to change the size of description popup #29126. 2nd most upvoted for suggest label. The status bar would provide a natural place for resizing (clicking any item would select it)
