According to Openstack summit session [1],
stestr is maintained project to which all Openstack projects should migrate.
Let's switch to stestr as other projects have already moved to it.

I updated, in this patchset, some examples of wacher CLI, because
option format has changed (we have no more '-' character in
keywords)
I added a new page for the openstack client + our watcher plugin.
