We do not process refunds. Any credits purchased can always be used at a later date.

You must give 12 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment for any services provided by Victory Float Lounge. Should you cancel without 12 hours notice you will be charged the full price of all services booked. A "no show" appointment will also be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all canceled or no-show appointments will be made on that one card. Customers who late cancel or "no show" an appointment will be required to pre-pay before any future bookings.

Float Members and Unlimited Members are allowed one late cancelation per month. After that one late cancelation, Unlimited Members will be charged a $25 fee per late canceled/missed appointments.
