Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

It is an idea to, given this opposing interest, to add an additional requirement to this email? Namely: to actually start using the account within that one month period. I think it is not unreasonable to ask this and it avoids parking a username indefinitely against --at least my-- interpreted goals of the rule.
Keep in mind: The terms of use do not quantify what "extremely few" means in context of contributions, so that is something that you may want to either quantify explicitly, or make an internal judgement on and document it to keep applying this extra requirement consistent.
It's quite likely I (or someone else) will have to make a policy change suggestion to clarify the terms here (and give a better sense of intention). The current wording was chosen to keep it simple and not deal with what then constitutes.
What do you think about the following wording:
(e.g. you plan to use it in the future or you have an identifiable online identity with the account's username)?61e8920217This is more than just good enough, text-wise.
Great work.
